Who We Are

A halal meats house built on quality and craft.

Sufan is a halal meats business based in Watford, specialising in fresh, premium-quality sausages, burgers and prepared meat products across beef, lamb and chicken.

We work only with quality, fresh British meats — typically 74–80% meat content — and seal every product by vacuum or in a modified-atmosphere pack (MAP) to lock in freshness and extend shelf life.

From large retailers and catering suppliers to families at home, we tailor our products to exactly what each customer needs.

The Master Behind Sufan

From a home kitchen in to a halal meat house.

With strong family roots in Cape Town, South Africa, it began at home — making sausages by hand with South-African-sourced spices and a simple hand machine.

That spark grew into something bigger: a way to serve the rising UK demand for premium halal meat, especially among a younger Muslim generation. After more than 30 years in the IT industry, our founder took early retirement and made the leap into the meat trade.
